Bloor is concerned at both the timing of the Neighbourhood Plan, coming forward prior to the emerging Local Plan. The Neighbourhood Plan must to have regard to the likely content of the emerging Local Plan and to national policy, in particular the need to significantly boost the supply of housing land. Bloor additionally considers that a number of policies within the Plan do not meet the basic conditions, as detailed in the attached letter of representation.
