Councillors at Elton parish Council would highlight the need for serious consideration of infrastructure requirements to be in step with any planned expansion of housing in and around Elton and that adequate s.106 monies should be part of the conditions of any planning permissions issued, with such monies made available to the parish council as required to enhance local delivery of services. The parish council wish to be an active participant in any local plan development that will impact the residents of Elton.
