‘’CUDDINGTON and Sandiway’s proposed new 266-home development could set ‘a dangerous precedent’ for ‘eroding rural character’, the villages' MP has claimed. ‘’ The above ,objection, and reasons are supported because of suggested allocation and reduction in environmental loss with no biodiversity gain as is also required.

2 HABITAT LOSS
It is observed in the whole environmental information that the biodiversity of the suggested sites for development is absent of endangered species, as well of birds are such as Great Crested Newts which are endangered because of Habitat loss of resting and breeding sites. These can roam upto a kilometre, especially ‘efts’.
Thus it should have been ascertained what other protected species habit the chosen sites for allocation for housing
This applies to other EU Protected species,( UK still comes under all relevent EU Environmental Directives etc.
