It is clear that NOR 01 is a sustainable site for growth, located on the edge of a settlement whilst also delivering a potentially huge contribution to housing supply.  This is site is well served by public transport and amenities, and the strategic scale of the proposed allocation will aid in growing Northwich in an organic and sustaianble way
