Whilst we agree with using sustainable locations for new development unsling brownfield land, it is important that the impact that these have on the historic environment, heritage assets and their setting is robustly assessed to accompany the Plan when dealing with allocation of sites. This is also relevant to ensuring that it enhances place, identity and character.
