Yes house builders shouldnt be raking big profits in - they should pay back by building enough schools, doctors and services and work nearby. And they need to be accessible and environmentally friendly.

A HIGHER PROPORTION OF HOMES SHOULD BE AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE. ALL HOMES SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE TO AVOID HAVING TO MAKE COSTLY ALTERATIONS LATER. AT LEAST HALF OF GREEN BELT HOMES MUST BE AFFORDABLE - IT SHOULD BE MORE.  WE THINK 75% OR MORE.
