Tarporley Parish Council has developed a Design Code which is due to go out to informal consultation shortly and will become part of the reviewed Tarporley Neighbourhood Plan. Where a Parish Council or Community has produced an approved Design Code this should be adopted by CW&C and take precedence over the Borough Wide Design Code for the appropriate parish.

Yes, a policy is required to provide small scale suitable employment sites in the rural area. It is important that employment opportunities grow with residential development in our rural communities to sustain the key rural service centres.
