Many of the Neighbourhood Plans are irrelevant now because of the new NPPF. It is not clear how parcels of land put forward by landowners have been evaluated for suitability, clearly some are certainly not suitable but landowners think their inclusion is the green light to go ahead and build

Vision is OK, but should not be restricted to larger settlements. Every town and village should have a say in their own principles and priorities. Only the community can know what is right for them, not a remote CWaC officer with no knowledge of feel for individual communities
