In principle I agree with the Vision, however let's not lose sight of the fact that the local community are better placed to decide what is right for them.

FRO01 - Land adjacent to Hob Hey Wood, off townfield lane and classed as green belt has raised many concerns from the community in Frodsham. In addition, the local roads with resident parking are already a congested area and building on the land would cause further traffic issues.

Question SS 43

The main constraint for Frodsham is the traffic congestion at peak times along with illegal street parking. The A56 runs through the centre of Frodsham and parallel to the M56 Therefore, any issues with the motorway causes traffic to be diverted through Frodsham and causes very severe congestion.

I largely agree with the suggested policy, however green belt land should only be considered as a last resort and considers the views of residents within Frodsham. Affordable housing also within the area is a must for the future generations of Frodsham people.

FRO01, FRO02, FRO03
I&O_14160
I would like to OBJECT to any development on sites Fro01 and Fro02. These areas are green belt, and cannot be construed as grey belt. They include areas of significant biological interest, and mitigate flooding, and provide wildlife corridors. It would be unacceptable to build houses on this important area of ancient woodland. Fro03 is the best of the three areas, assuming suitable connection to the a56 can be made. A development there would allow much needed improvement to the a56.

Do not build on fro01, or Fro02 . These sites are simply not suitable for housing and would harm Frodshams infrastructure, and massively harm biodiversity in the area. Fro03 by comparrison is a crappy old field that is actually next to a main road. Rebuilding that part of Frodsham can only be an improvement

the a56 would need Improvement to allow development of fro03, but it needs the improvement so that's fine. There is no main road to serve areas fro01 and fro02 so small lanes and side streets would be immediately clogged by the extra traffic development there would generate. Nothing in your plan suggests in intent to provide more schools, doctors etc. These are already at capacity. A smallish development of fro03 would stretch essential services thin. Any development of fro01 and fro02 would stretch them to breaking point.
