Infrastructure provision – school places are inadequate; proper public open space must be created; Drainage and water supply have become inadequate following development of the past 10 years. Strat8 Policy clearly states Development should not exceed the capacity of existing services and infrastructure unless the required improvements can be made. With all KSCs earmarked for 500 dwellings, this will clearly not be the case.

Infrastructure provision – school places are inadequate; proper public open space must be created; Drainage and water supply have become inadequate following development of the past 10 years. Tarvin has quite a few shops but no parking for them. One of the sites east of the main road should provide some. Strat8 Policy, and the NPPF clearly state development should not exceed the capacity of existing services and infrastructure unless the required improvements can be made. With all KSCs earmarked for 500 dwellings, this will clearly not be the case.

Prefer 04 and 05 together. This would provide best chance of a well designed expansion, with new infrastructure created - Green space and roads.

Road network cannot cope with that amount of development. Another main road must be created parallel to the high street with some through roads . It is no longer sustainable to have all new housing estates draining onto one single road through Tarporley. Space must be reserved for growing both high and primary school, and if both areas 04 and 05 are developed, then create a proper area of public open space !

The only suitable areas are 1 and 2, which are close to the through road. Acton Bridge is NOT suitable for up to 500 houses as it has no facilities whatsoever.

The train service through Delamere is poor and does not justify the building of 500 houses on its own. To be sustainable, Delamere would need a proper plan in place, to create a settlement with some facilties and amenities. I believe the growth area should be closer to the primary school, or at least provide proper pedestrian link to the school. Provision of public open space will be necessary. Being close to the forest does not replace a village green or playground

The train service through Mouldsworth is poor and does not justify the building of 500 houses on its own. To be sustainable, the village would need a proper plan in place, to create a settlement with some facilties and amenities. Can the neighbouring primary schools cope?. Provision of public open space will be necessary. Being in the countryside does not replace a village green or playground

Must include provision of services and retail to the east of the city to cater for increased population in rural settlements (3,000 to 4,000 extra dwellings depending on strategic option chosen). Most of the superstores are to the west of Chester, meaning that customers driving from the Cheshire rural areas need to drive to Chester and cross the city, creating more traffic, pollution and lost time.
