Yes as we as a Parish Council see this abused at times and then not enforced by CWaC. Also it should be mandatory that all new housing includes solar PV to the capapcity of the roof space. Preferably also battery storage as well as reduces property running costs and helps avoid extra infrastucture costs

Removal of constraints that property should be used for rural workers should not be removed. If a suitable such person cannot be found for the property then it should be treated as affordable housing at that appropriate market price

Yes as the evidence is that travellers buy land, install a stable then  hardstanding, caravans appear without planning permission, whicch is the applied for and refused and then they appeal. THIS TAKES CONSIDERABLE TIME EFORT AND MONEY AND THE ENVIRONMENT IS SPOILT
