Again, the A556 is the major trunk route into Chester and towards the M6. Servicing as a secondary location to serve Crewe, diversionary requirements are a significant barrier.

I would consider that expansion of Action Bridge should be supported in all 3 plans, given the public transport access and existing infrasture to support new residents.

I believe a hierarchical approach should be considered, but nonetheless consider that CWAC is a widely rural borough that requires cars for much of its occupants. However, this should support: Development of new rail stations, with sufficient parking for commuters Better local bus services (enforced and supported through S106 contributions for at least 5 years) Adequate new parking for city and town parking to encourage economic development.

I broadly support the proposed policy approaches towards Northwich, with the endorsement of the following reccomendations: 1) The Key Settlement Gaps in Davenham and Moulton are retained in full 2) The settlement boundaries in Davenham and Moulton are retained in full 3) Transport links and connectivity improvements around Davenham and Kingsmead are sought to be improved.

I do have concerns about NOR06, NOR07 and NOR08 being unsuitable sites for development in future, as it does not support or speak to the protection of rural communities like Davenham. I also consider that broadly the strategy requires more development towards the north of Northwich and not the south.

I would consider developing the town centre as a modern mix of residential and commercial space should be pushed for, equally the development of brownfield sites in the town centre should be prioritised over opening up the Green belt.

I agree with the views on the Northwich Transport Strategy's outlook for infrasture upgrades that supports this strategy. Additionally, further bus connectivity must be considered, and as highlighted on multiple points in my response, the A556 and A533 plus London Road and Hartford Road are not suitable for the existing amount of traffic in Davenham, let alone any expansion and must be relieved.

I 100% agree. The historical nature of the town centre should be preserved, along with the rural areas and villages like Davenham, Moulton and Bostock.

I support this approach, beyond the point of "New residential development within the policy area would not be permitted. The Council may also take forward Article 4 Directions to remove permitted development rights for residential or other use in the future.", where I think that on the Gadbrook Park sites some residential development could be enacted. I also believe that the site listed could support residential housing more than warehousing.
